İş REIC.was established through the transformation of İş REIC into a real estate investment trust, following its acquisition of Central Real Estate Investment and Project Evaluation Inc. on August 6, 1999.
The company carries out its activities with the basic principles of corporate governance; fairness, transparency, accountability and responsibility axis, increasing the value created for the shareholders and respect for the environment, form the basis of these activities.
Proceeding its activities with the aim of developing projects that are eco-friendly, sustainable and focused on customer satisfaction, the Company has established and disclosed to the public its Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) Policies and regulations that demonstrate its sustainability approach.
The Corporate Governance Committee has been designated as the Company's highest level responsible for ESG issues, and the implementation of sustainability policies is carried out under the supervision of the Corporate Governance Committee. The Investor Relations and Sustainability Department is responsible for the internal coordination of sustainability studies.
