Tuzla Office Meydan Çarşı

İstanbul Tuzla Meydan Çarşı is set in a location that is valuable in terms of investing and central in terms of access. Meydan Çarşı is located right next to the Technology and Operation Center in Tuzla, an İstanbul district with high development potential.

Within the frame of the project developed and consisting of office and commercial spaces, all of the office spaces and part of the commercial spaces are sold to currently tenants in Tuzla office building “Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş.” in December 2019.

The project’s architectural design is the result of a collaboration between the world-famous SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP) and Design Group.

The project earned a gold LEED certification.
