İş REIC was originally founded on 6 August 1999 as a result of the merger of two real companies: İşbank-owned İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım ve Proje Değerlendirme A.Ş. and Merkez Gayrimenkul Yatırım ve Proje Değerlendirme A.Ş.
