Old Profilo Shopping Center Land - Residential Project

A revenue sharing agreement in return for land share was signed with Artaş İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in order to develop a project related to Profilo Shopping Center, which has been included in the company portfolio. As per the agreement, a housing project will be developed by Artaş İnşaat on the land where the shopping mall is located. All project expenses will be covered by Artaş İnşaat and 40% of all revenues to be obtained within the scope of the project sales will be paid to our Company as a revenue share in return for the land. The minimum revenue share amount to be paid to our Company has been set as 65 million USD +VAT.
