The financial center project being developed by İş REIC is located right at the heart of IFC and has set its sights on being one of the world’s top 5 financial centers. A plot of land has been purchased in the Istanbul Financial Center for the development of a mixed-use project consisting of office and commercial spaces. The project, which will have approximately 35,000 square meters of leasable/sellable area, is targeted to be completed simultaneously with other projects within the scope of the Istanbul Financial Center.

The project has received LEED Gold certification for its environmentally conscious design and commitment to environmental sustainability.
